The 30-day window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange on eligible items. Requests outside this window cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or smoke
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

Items returned that do not meet these standards will be sent back to you and a return shipping fee will apply.

Final sale items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited drops marked LIMITED or VAULT
  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% or more
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)

How to start a return

  1. Visit our contact page and select the Returns category.
  2. Include your order number and the items you want to return.
  3. We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (US) or instructions (international).

Exchanges

Need a different size? Same process — note the size you want in your message and we will reserve it while your return is in transit. Exchanges within the US are free.

Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (typically 1–2 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank processing time may add another 2–10 days depending on your card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Send us photos within 7 days of delivery through the contact page and we will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Return shipping address

Returns are processed at our fulfillment partner. Do not send returns without a label — unauthorized returns may be lost or refused.
