Processing time

Every order is processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During drop weeks and major releases, processing can extend to 3–5 business days while the team works through the queue. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order leaves our facility.

Free shipping on every order

Standard shipping is free on every order, every time — no minimum, no codes. It is automatically applied at checkout.

Domestic shipping (United States)

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand. Standard international shipping is free on every order. Expedited international rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.

Tracking your order

Tracking links are emailed automatically. You can also track an order at any time by visiting the link in your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed since you received the confirmation and the tracking has not updated, reach out at our contact page.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address. If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.

Address accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you spot an error, message us within 2 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to update before fulfillment.
