By accessing or using uncagedkings.com (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and pricing

All products, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to display accurate colors and sizes, but slight variations between screen and product are normal.

Limited drops. Some products are produced in limited quantities and explicitly marked as LIMITED or VAULT. These items are first-come, first-served, are not restocked, and are final sale as described in our Returns Policy.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages. If we cannot fulfill, you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets through Stripe. You authorize the charge in the amount displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, photography, copy, the Uncaged Kings name and crown mark, and the manifesto — is owned by Uncaged Kings or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Scrape, mirror, or republish content without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

10. Brotherhood membership

Joining the Brotherhood is free and at-will. Membership may be revoked at our sole discretion for conduct inconsistent with the Code, including harassment, hate speech, or fraud.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company''s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
